Avoid asking "What do you think about adding", but explain "why" the tool you suggest is relevant and beneficial for the user

2) Chat kinder and clarify positively + show empathy. Our users have different background and knowledge level: "Do I understand it right that you requested a crawl from the Google Search Console?"

4) Change it to sound professional and kind: "Please tell me if we're connected" or "Are you with me in the chat, (name)?"
