         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stretching warm muscle is the best way to stretch. people can get their muscles warm by doing a little bit of cardio before stretching . Some cardio that can be done before stretching is is jumping jacks or just a simple jog for a minute or two can get your muscles warm to get the best stretch. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Straddle Stretch</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This stretch is done by getting on the ground and spreading your legs apart and bending your upper body forward into a nice, deep stretch. When doing this stretch, make sure you are putting your chest towards the ground and not your head, that won’t give you a good stretch, and can lead to injuries. Hold anywhere  from 20 to 45 seconds or longer if you wish.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Your side straddle is basically the same legs as your forward lunge stretch but you reach out as far as you can on both sides of your body and your goal is to touch your toes and get down to where your face touches your knee.
