I went to a costume party on Halloween but if I knew what was going to happen I would never have gone to that party.

when the party finish i was very hungry so i told this to jenny and laura, they come with me, so i was walking with them when i was drunk and tired maybe that’s why i start to see like a Human silhouette so i obviously run, unfortunately i  tripped on a rock and fell into the caño, the hit was so strong so i died. i really regret to gone to this party, if i have not gone, i would have still been alife.

When the police interviewed me, I gave them some theories because I didn’t knew what had really happened, so here they are: he might have been concerned about something he promised to his mom or someone important for him, so when he realized it, he got anxious and then by accident fell to the caño. Next, I said that maybe he was so drunk that he wasn’t conscious any more of his actions and that’s why he felt. After that, the police asked me if I thought that someone could have murdered colmenares, I was going to say no, but then I remembered that the autopsy showed that he was injured, as a result I answered that he could knew something that might have been carried to a murder by a delinquent band or maybe a powerful person.

Some years have passed and I still remember that day, but if I think that if I had been in the place of Colmenares, I would have taken more security measures. First of all, If I had been on risk, I would have called a friend that I know that would help me, but if I hadn’t been able to do it, I would have asked someone to call the police. Also, if I had promised someone something important, I wouldn’t have stayed so long at the club. Talking about this makes me think because no one really knows what happened with Colmenares, but I don’t think we would ever know.

When I found out what happened I was surprised it may be an accident cause he was so drunk and it’s possible that Colmenares was high by drugs so he was running to the Caño and fall out into the caño hitting his head, that’s because he had blows.

He was probably killed by a gota gota, I knew he was in strange business.

If he hadn’t drunk too much he wouldn’t have had death.

If I had not defended Laura Moreno and Jessy Quintero in the Colmenares case, the outcome might have been different.

The legal process would have taken a different course if my team had not represented them. The case could have remained unsolved, and the nation might still be questioning the verdict.

The media might have portrayed it differently, and the truth might not have come to light. However, we did our best, and the outcome was what it was.

The experience taught us the complexities of the justice system and the importance of thorough legal representation.

I don’t want to think that my son might’ve been involved in something dangerous but it is a possibility he could’ve had some enemies or people that wanted to do something bad to him like his friends, i wish he would’ve told me if something was wrong, but i think my son might have been killed by his friends, they could’ve planned something to kill him that night and maybe it wasn’t them who killed my son but maybe they hired someone to do it.

I will still fight for the justice of my son until the actual truth is revealed.

The truth is, I was too drunk to remember every little detail of the party, but from the behavior he had, I dare to say that he was under the influence of drugs, as if someone had put the drug in the glass he was drinking from.

I think he should have jumped from the caño because it doesn’t make sense that he disappeared if I was looking at him all the time.

He may have had enemies that were waiting for the perfect moment to attack him, but I think that is not very probable.

What I’m sure of is that we should have been under some time of influence because I knew him very well and I know that how he was acting is not normal.

Without a doubt, I miss him, I still can't get my head around everything that has happened, and I deeply regret having been so upset.

we went to a party, i was with my friend and with my love interest, we were enjoying to much and we drunk a lot and Luis was hungry so we went out to go for food, then I saw Luis running so i started running too and suddenly he disappeared, then i saw that he was dead and found in a caño.

What i first thought was that he was so drunk and he fell there, but then Jessy told me that she thought it was a crime and that Carlos was guilty and that made sense for me.

Then everyone started saying we were guilty and everyone thought we killed colmenares, after that we went to a judgment and they said that we were guilty, we went to jail and we were there during eight long years, when i went out i tried to redo mi life but it was so difficult.

I think my son might have been involved in a deep secret whit his friends and he was so scared to told me about it so things gone wrong and he ended up dead because of this, He was probably a witness to a crime and like everything in this country, it had to be eliminated before telling the truth.

If I could have been in my son's shoes, I would have taken precautions like not going to that party, staying away from Laura Moreno and all those friends that I always told him I didn't like in his life, if I could have taken decisions for my son and what really happened was that I couldn't tell the truth about something. I would have told my mother, he would have told me the whole truth so that i could help him or make any sacrifice so that he would stay alive.

They judge us (Laura and I ) and we went to jail but we didn’t do anything, it was so unfair because no one believed us, and we went outside of jail again it was the worst everyone hate us
