Giving themselves exposure to different experiences where they can interact with people who are different from them is already one good way. On the other hand, the government provides training and workshops for teachers to take to enrich themselves in their teaching practice. Teachers may attend these sessions to cultivate themselves. If the school allows, teachers can, with the sponsorship of the school, undertake in postgraduate studies that are related to intercultural communication.

But the main problem is that teachers are too jaded and exhausted.
