SInce this week is hip hop week, this week's challenge is informed by the new Netflix show 'Rhythm & Flow' - in it the wannabe superstar rappers are asked to create their own track where they rework a sample made famous by a legendary artist, but to put their own spin on it.

We want you to do the same - pick a track from the Spotify playlist on the right and then download and utilise the original sample.

- Create a piece of Hip Hop music that audibly uses the original sample, but has a fresh creative approach when compared to the original - try chopping differently, reversing the sample, adding effects etc. in order to make it your own.

- Feel free to make use of the SP1200 samples in the dropbox to the right hand side.

- Outline your thinking / creative process in an accompanying document.
