         <description><![CDATA[<div>This graph seems to have integrity because it is over the percentage of males vs. females that smoke cigarettes over a 10 year span. The vertical axis intervals are a set at a normal amount (by 10 percent). This goes into not showing any drastic changes that bring about speculation, but still show differences that seem to be correct.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This graph is misleading because it is showing such a drastic difference between the heights of the bars, however, the vertical axis is a total of a less than 10% jump. The bars are actually only around a difference of 4%.</div>]]></description>
