I feel that this is the climax because this is the most intense moment, for we do not know what will happen to Tao. This is also when Tao gets sentanceed to face Saxon. My example for this is on page 141, where it says, "  He heard a vengful curse and turned to see Volt standing behind him, stunned disbelief burning in the big leader's eyes." So, he was happy to paint, and he would be a painter for the rest of his life.
