WEEK 1: HOW CLIL ARE YOU?

The acronym CLIL, introduced by David Marsh in 1994, indicates the integrated learning of subject content in a foreign language.

I think that the CLIL methodology represents the engine of the renewal and improvement of the school curricula. I think it represents an opportunity for the institute-school in a broad sense, because on the one hand it allows ALL students to learn content from a non-linguistic discipline in a language different from their own, on the other it favors cooperation and collaboration between teachers.

Unfortunately, I have not yet had any CLIL experience, although I am used to working with my students in English in order to convey the most common expressions and to allow them (this is the wish!) more familiar with the language foreign. I believe that, beyond the known and recognized opportunities, the methodology used in this way is used both by the teacher and by the learner for greater flexibility in both thought and content. Unfortunately I think that a weakness is represented by the time factor, because I imagine that in a context in which this methodology is used, especially in the initial phases, it is essential to have more relaxed times compared to those of daily lessons.

Therefore, it could be hoped - and I refer above all to primary school - to introduce an extracurricular project, and then introduce this method, fully, into the school curriculum.

RubiStar is a free tool to help teachers create rubrics. It is a very simple tool: in addition to giving the opportunity to create rubric, Rubistar allows you to browse through extremely large databases of rubrics already created. You can also use the rubric online, fill it out and print it with the automatic voting calculation.
My experience

I also tried the Kialo platform. This free tool is also quite simple to use, but it seems more innovative to me.

This is link:

https://www.kialo.com/is-it-important-to-respect-the-rules-26260/26260.0=26260.1/=26260.1
