I read the novel Number the Stars by Lois Lowry. In the third year of the Nazi occupation of Denmark, Annemarie wanted to keep her Jewish friend Ellen safe from the Nazis, with the help of her family and went to Henrik’s house.

Peter is Lise’s boyfriend, but his girlfriend died because of the Nazis. After her girlfriend died, he kept helping Ellen’s family. His character shows resistance against injustice. This is shown clearly in Chapter 10, when Peter helps prepare for the Rosen family’s escape by suggesting, “Let us open the casket,” which hides supplies for the escape. His action demonstrates his bravery and dedication to the Danish Resistance.

Such actions are effectively shown through the use of dialogue, which emphasizes the theme. In Chapter 10 of Number the Stars, Peter demonstrates the literary device of dialogue when he calmly says, “Let us open the casket,” signaling the hidden supplies for the escape plan. His words, though simple, reveal his composed leadership and the urgency of the situation, emphasizing his bravery and dedication.

The world can be tough, so the value of resistance against injustice is important. Through Peter’s behavior, I realized that resistance against injustice is important because being under unjust treatment makes people sad.

I read the Coming of age novel [Number the stars]. Which was written by Lois Lowry. The setting of the book is the third year of the Nazi occupation of Denmark. Main characters are Annemarie, Ellen and their families. I was impressed by 'Inge'. She is Annemarie's mother, and she is kind person. The theme of the novel is bravery. In the novel, Inge said to Annemarie "Run as fast as you can!" Because the important packet for Henrik was dropped by Ellen's father. Such action are effectively shown through the use of Dialogue. Because dialogue of Annemarie and her mom look liked a good love for their bravery grow. Just like Inge said to Annemarie "You're such a good, strong, brave girl." The world can be though, so the value of bravery isn't always easy to see. However, this great book shows it really well. I impressed that Annemarie and other people protected each other and makes the strong love and bravery. In the end "Number the stars" is a story that everyone will remember for a long time.

I read historical fiction 'Number the stars' by Lois Lowry. In 1943, Denmark, Annemarie wanted to keep her Jewish friend Ellen safe from Nazis. Annemarie went to uncle Henrik's house with Ellen and her family except her father to keep safe Ellen from the Nazis. I was truly impressed by Annemarie, one of the main characters. She is a ten-year-old girl who wants to keep safe her Jewish friend, Ellen, The theme of the book is resistance against injustice. This is shown clearly in chapter 7, when Ellen wondered her necklace is, Annemarie told Ellen that "I hid it in a safe place" and "A very secret place where no one will ever find it. Because she wanted to conceal Ellen's existence. If the Nazi soldiers know that Ellen is Jewish, Ellen will be captured by soldiers. Such actions are effectively shown through the use of dialogue. Additionally, the use of dialogue emphasizes the theme. In chapter 11, Peter said to Inge, "Don't come sooner. We must be separate on the path, so there is less chance of being seen." Because they must deliver Jewish people to Henrik's boat without getting caught by Nazis.

The world can be tough, so the value of resistance against injustice isn't always easy to see. But this great book shows it really well. Through this story, I realized that sometimes resistance against injustice is also important than life

I read a coming-of-age novel ‘Number the Stars’ by Lois Lowry. In the third year of the Nazi occupation of Denmark, Annemarie wanted to keep her Jewish friend Ellen safe from the Nazis. I was truly impressed by Inge, one of the main characters. She is Annemarie’s mom and a courageous, thoughtful mom. The theme of the book is bravery. This is shown clearly in Character10, when the soldiers walked into the house when they’re doing Brite’s fake funeral. She was very brave against the soldiers. Because she wanted to protect her family and Ellen’s family from the soldiers. Such actions are effectively shown through the use of imagery. Additionally, the use of dialogue emphasizes the theme. In Chapter6, when the two German soldiers asked Inge where they went on the train, even though she was nervous, she replied calmly and acted perfectly to hide Ellen was Jew. The world can be tough, so the value of bravery isn’t always easy to see. But this great book shows us really well. Through Inge’s behavior, I realized that having the bravery isn’t easy, but if you have it, you can win through all adversities in your life.

The title pf the book is Numbet the Stars. The author of the book is Lois Lowry. The Genre of the book is a Historical fiction.

In 1943 Denmark, Annemarie wanted to keep her Jewish friend Ellen safe from the Nazis. With the help of her family and the Resistance Annemarie delivered an important package. I was truly impressed by Annemarie , one of the main characters. She is a ten-year-old girl who has younger sister, Kirsti. The theme of the book is Bravery. This is shown clearly in Chapet 13, when Annemarie took the packet and went to Henrik. Because she thought the packet was important thing. So she had to deliver it even at the risk. Such actions ar effectivelt shown through the use of Dialogue. Additionally, the use of Dialogue emphasizes the theme. In the scene tha Annemarie hid Ellen's Jewish necklace instead. The worl can be though, so the value of Bravery isn't always easy to see. But this great book shows it really well. I think Annemaire became a brave girl because she helped Ellen and other people.
