I realised that it's crucial to make each cover letter unique and personal, using specific examples to show why the candidate is a good fit for the job.Additionally, to make it appear more formal, keep the reader interested, it's important to change the word selections and sentence structures. Enhancing these components can increase the effectiveness and engagement of the cover letter.
