From a car that was very snowy I collected a lot of snow and made a huge ball of snow. I threw the huge snowball to my uncle. That day will be unforgettable for me

We had a beautiful and unexpected experience when a few days ago it snowed in my neighborhood and in almost all places of Greece, filling us with great joy!

We spent many hours walking in the snowy landscape, playing snowball fights, laughing a lot and having fun !!

I hope next winter we will experience such moments again !!!

This difficult year with the CORONOVIRUS after many, many years snow in Piraeus. My friend Platonas ring my bell the morning and call me to play with the snow. I prepare myself quickly and with my sister, my parents, Platonas and his family played in the snow for lot of hours. The funniest thing is that we went to the house of our friend Bill and threw snowballs to his window. One of them went inside his home. We have great time and we wait (something difficult to our town) for the next snow.

With my family and my friends tried to fly a kite on "Kathara Deutera " (March 15, 2021).
"Kathara Deutera " for the Orthodox Church begins this day, while at the same time it means the end of Carnival. "Kathara Deutera " was named because Christians are "cleansed" spiritually and physically. It is a day of fasting, lasting 40 days, until the Christian Easter comes.
The day of "Kathara Deutera" is celebrated intensively throughout Greece, with various customs, we eat lagana, ie bread ,taramas, halva, seafood, vegetables, olives and bean soup .. All people throughout Greece are flying colorful and funny kites!!
We had a fantastic day !!!

The Kathara Deutera is one of the many customs of Greece. It is very fun because we children fly a kite. I believe that everyone is full of joy waiting for this day to come to fly their colorful and big kite.

I was only too lucky to live the day that snow reached the sea. I live in Piraeus, the biggest port in Greece and this winter it snowed! Everything seemed so different and wonderful! I went for a walk and I couldn't believe my eyes...The scenery was breathtaking! The ancient ruins of Themistocles' defensive walls were covered with snow, so where the boats in the port, the trees and everything! Winter and summer seemed to have joined their forces to make the most amazing picture.
I played with my friend and our parents and made a great snowman. It was remarkable that all the people walking across the seaside although strangers, were like they knew each other. They were all laughing and playing together!
I only hope to live such a day next year! PETROS

Where we won 3-1. It was our first match of the season
And it was a rough match they fouled us a lot but we kept playing and we won. This is a really good memory because It was the first match of the season and I played very well.

Blue Lagoon

This is a picture of the first day I went to Blue Lagoon. I went with my family to Blue Lagoon. It was Summer at the time and it was really beautiful. Blue Lagoon is in Comino so we had to go by boat. The water there is always crystal clear. I really liked the experience there and I would like to go again.

This is a picture of my cat Krissy. Krissy was in another family and his owners were going to abandon him and lucky for us and him we were looking for a cat and we fell in love with him. At first he was afraid as he didn't know the place or us, for him it was all new. But then once he got used to us it was like he had been living here forever. We love with all our heart.

It took us about 2 hour walk where we saw a lot of different plants and fauna. we crossed a bridge above a Chadwick Lake where we also saw a lot of tadpoles and fish. We also heard different birds chirping .

In Easter my family decided to go to Prague to celebrate. Prague was beautiful and very colourful. One of my most favourite things about Prague were the sweets and puppets. Some sweets that I tasted are the Doughnut Ice Cream Cones, big round wafers and chocolate covered strawberries! In Prague they had these cups (the cups in the photo) were you can drink from a fountain . I'm very thankful to be able to have this experience.

In summer my parents took me to Cyprus. It was the first time to go there and the view was beautiful. There were animals like birds and lots more. After I took this picture I went to a waterfall and there were lots of different types of fish. Me and my family stayed in a nice hotel. I hope we go to Cyprus again.

When I was 8 years old I went to Disneyland in Paris. It was lots of fun. I went on a lot of rides. My favourite was the roller coaster. There was a ride which was like a lift and then it pulls you down. It was scary.
In Paris they made baguettes and croissants and I tried them all. They were delicious. When I was there I learned some words in French too like Good Morning is Bonjour and How are you? is Comment ca va?

When I was 7 years old I got a dog. I was at my grandmother and waiting for my parents to bring gifts from our house. I really wanted to get a dog, but I did not have the conditions for it. That's why I wanted LEGO bricks. I opened the door and my mother was holding a tiny black and white dog in a Santa hat in her hands. I was very happy. It was the best day of my life.
