         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Data analysis and use - Quarterly data chats with the grade levels and administration (FAIR, iReady (90 min per week), interim data, etc.) used for differentiation and improvement<br>2) Data chats with students every other month (continuous)<br>3) TELL Surveys, drop box, etc.<br>4) MTSS/RTI team meetings<br>5) Vision/Mission written at the end of the year (unless the administrator leaves, can be done at the end of the year) T-shirts, logo creation, anything that receives student buy-in<br>6) PLC's, grade level team meetings, NTO, faculty meetings, ILT, SAC, PTO etc. <br>7) Evaluation rubrics for teachers, pop-in's (but not got you's), possibly a teacher-requested observation<br>8) Revamping or refocusing of the IPDP process <br>9) </div>]]></description>
