On a weekly basis, I have witnessed my MT build effective and consistent momentum and flow in their lesson delivery. This has been done in a number of ways, such as bolstering student morale and enthusiasm, focusing on the needs of the learners, enhancing the learning experience of the classroom, and prompting open and honest discussions in the learning environment through personal and/or group reflection. I look forward to observing the continuation of these methods as I progress in my school practicum experience.

Momentum in the content of the lesson is something that is hard for me to observe on a week to week basis as coming in once a week means that I don't see the lead up lessons/discussions/activities that happen. However, I do see that she refers to past lessons. I do see momentum in terms of relationships and understanding the learners.

Every week, my MT creates momentum and flow throughout her lessons in her delivery and lesson planning. I am not at my placement consistently throughout the week, I only see her one out of the five days she is working. She explains to me that the momentum and flow of her weekly lessons is critical for her students, especially her grade 9s. Her plans create a flow throughout the week, building on what the students learn each day. It creates a great momentum for the students to build on their skills, step by step every day of the week.

While I am not there every day, I consistently observe how the students are following my teacher’s lessons, which demonstrates the overall momentum and flow of the lessons week after week. I believe it's crucial to maintain momentum once it's built, ensuring that students stay engaged to continue the momentum and flow of the lessons. This consistent style of teaching jsut seems to flow so well.
