          How was your weekend? I'm writing this to you because we haven't met in weeks. I received your letter and I wrote down some tips about English. 
                 Learning English improves your personality or learning any other language makes your brain more versatile, but it also gives a lot of satisfaction, and making progress will make you feel great.
          One best piece of advice is to read as much as you can! By reading you can increase your vocabulary and comprehension, reduce stress, and improve brain connectivity. See you soon!

                   On Friday, June 9th, I bought a pair of Levi's Jeans in your shop.

               When I took the jeans home, I noticed 2 buttons were missing. I went back to the shop with the receipt and asked the shop assistant to exchange the jeans for a pair that were not damaged. She refused. She said the jeans were perfect when they were sold and said they had been damaged since leaving the shop. A quick look would have shown that buttons had never been sewn on and that it was most likely a fault that had happened in the factory. 

               I insist on my rights as a consumer and wish for an exchange or my money back. Please contact me at the above address as soon as possible.

Dear Mary, 
How are you and your family members? I'm writing this letter to you describing what my house and neighbor look like. 

It is located in the crowd downtown, surrounded by 3 busy restaurants. It is a medium-sized, 2 story mansion house. It is brick-built and brown painted. It seems ancient look with an arch roof design. Our house is iron-fenced all around the house, it is painted black. Cement walls are painted mint-green. There is a small garden in front of the house and also an open space for car parking. It's 15 minutes drive to the market and 10 mins walk to the lake. My neighbors are kind of noisy as they have a large family. 

Well, that's most of the information about my house. Hope it's helpful.
