First day of work, I reached center at 9.50 am. My working time is from 10 am to 6 pm for morning shift and 1 pm to 9 pm for night shift. I will be place in 2 nights shift per week.

Today, I called the dim sum supplier for order dim sum. I found 3 dim sum supplier and ask them for the details. The three supplier are:

I choose Bestmas for cafe supplier because it provide free delivery service and the bestmas retails shop is the nearest.

Today I test to cook the Spaghetti for manager and it is successful.
After that I test using air fryer to fry the french fries but the french fries become very dry and it is unsuccessful. So Chef Siew Ling ask me to use electric fryer to fry the french fries.

Today is the first day of Well Bean Cafe launching. The business hour for Well Bean Cafe is 10 am to 5 pm. I reached at 10 am and start to prepare the ingredients of curry chicken rice. I serve the curry chicken rice for therapist at Well Physiotherapy and get feedback from them.

Today, I have been placed in cafe  be a helper. It is because of supervisor, a part time worker and manager are off day in Sunday. 
After I open StoreHub system. I prepared to serve customer. There is less customer after lunch time and I try to make weekly special drinks. Although I have failed few times, but I also have few successful products.

Nursing home will be launching in May. So, I start to create the menu for gout patient, diabetes patient which will stay in nursing home. So, nursing home will have three different menu which are normal patient, gout patient and diabetes patient.

Today, I redesign for the second series of menu based on the comment that she gave her yesterday. I sent her the final copy after I done the full series of menu.
