The summary is can we do a compliance base to a certain size that aligns fed/prov regs and then do the advanced/receiving stream after that trigger point? 20000 is based on the current regs. So, if it is recommneded, it may need to also have a recommendation to be reviewed in the future.<br><br></div>]]></description>
