         <description><![CDATA[<div>A long term memory of mine is the dance show from this past semester. It was so fun and significant, so I will remember it for a long time.<br><br>Another long-term memory was when I went to U.S. Open in New York with my dad. The trip was so memorable and exciting and I’m sure I’ll remember it for a long time.&nbsp; <br><br><strong>Flashbulb memory</strong> helps create a clear memory of these events because of how significant they were. The fun events gave me <strong>serotonin </strong>and<strong> </strong>made<strong> </strong>them easier to remember.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Question: What are the most effective techniques to train your memory?<br>A <strong>naturalistic observation</strong>, which studies people in their natural habitat, or a <strong>survey, </strong>which is a self reported questionnaire about individuals, are good methods to find the answer to this question. A naturalistic observation would be effective because it would show people’s habits and what works for them, and a survey would be a simpler way to find techniques people use and collect this data. Some techniques that could be used include <strong>chunking</strong>, which is organizing information into meaningful units, a memory trick such as a <strong>mnemonic device, </strong>or brain teasers which stimulate <strong>cognitive </strong>abilities<strong>.</strong></div>]]></description>
