Within my building, I'm seen as an expert in data, interventions, special education, and mental health. Within Multi-Systems of Support for Behavior, I get to develop systems, coordinate interventions, and lead social skills groups. Within Multi-Systems of Support for Academics, I also get to develop and oversee interventions. Every day is different. They offer tons of support and resources. Even though we all work in different schools, there's a deep sense of community among the school psychs. They have worked hard to build the capacity of problem solving teams to effectively plan for students. I am able to be involved within these tiers of intervention as a leader, collaborator and facilitator.
