On March 18th, 2022, we took part in a fundraiser for comic relief, and we all managed to raise £503.49 for the charity through many different events that took part during the day. 

Planning: we planned our event quite well and we had all the necessary equipment and we had set up in a good spot and our posters were well advertised around the college. 

Poster: our poster was good as it gave a clear outline of what was needed to win the challenge as well as many aspects of the challenge as well as how much it costs to take part and what the prize is for winning. 

Just giving page: we had a just giving page however it was not used but it was good to know that if we needed, we could use that for someone to be able to take part in our challenge. 

Advertising on the day: we could have advertised much more on the day as we were in the hall whereas most people set up outside so there were few people inside to know that we were there. 

Participation: no one took part in our contest, and this was because few people we inside, so we did not have much footfall at all so few people knew that we were there and what we were doing. 

Why was it successful or not: ours was not successful as it did not bring in any money, however next time, we know to do it outside as that is where more people are so that we have more footfall therefore more people are more likely to join in.
