Don't take shortcuts because they usually don't work and you just forget important information
3. This way it feels like your taking a break from one thing while still using your time and you don't get bogged down and stressed.

Make a list of everything you need to get done for the next week or two. Then distribute all of your assignments throughout the week based on how much time you’ll have left after class, activities, and other obligations. After the schedule is made, you stick with it. Usually try to leave room for surprise assignments, so that you have some flexibility in case something pops up that you didn't anticipate

Color code different things in your planner especially if you have more than just assignments and tests, like if you are in sports or clubs.
2. A strategy for written assignments is to really plan it out, take time to come up with a topic that you really want to learn about or that seems interesting to you, and another strategy is to make an outline for it, its more of like a roadmap for you to help you write it more easily.
3. If you have multiple projects at a time, really plan each one out like what day and times you will be doing each assignment, and start doing them in advance so you aren't rushing to do them last minute.

It also shows the professor you care about your grade and the class.
2. Stay motivated. Take time for yourself. Get away from school physically and mentally. Don't let school weigh you down, it should be a fun experience.
3. Study every chance you get between classes. If you have time in between classes take it to look over the material you just learned. This frees up time during the night you can spend time with friends, or just with yourself.

Plan out your time and use it wisely. Don’t do cram study session but instead use every minute you have. Maybe instead of studying for one subject for 2 hours, break that down into 3 sections and use it for multiple assignments/projects/study times. breaking up the studying into different parts will help you feel like you are accomplishing more. ‘Each minute of everyday is used for something’.

Start studying before the test. Makes notes and flash cards and always add to them. Start looking at the material daily as soon as you receive it. This will help you from cramming right before and it will help stay in your brain instead of only knowing it for the test and than forgetting. Also start projects or assignments as soon as you get them. Even if its for 10 minutes a night it will still turn out better than if you leave it for the last minute.

If you don’t understand something seek help and ask for it. It isn’t bad if you don’t understand it, you probably aren’t the only one. If you work hard towards it and put the effort in, the outcome will be in your favor. Seek out the teacher at office hours or a classmate who could help you but just make sure you take action if you don’t understand it.
