To most he is considered one of the most influential British artists/photographer of the 20th century because of his amazing works. He moved to Los Angeles in 1964 to make artwork and expand his name.Hockney is openly gay, and expresses some of his feelings in his artworks. Hockney's first photo collages were taken from polaroid, most of these are of landscapes shots using cubism. After taking the photos, open all 9 up in photoshop in a new space that is 14x11 and drag the photos onto the new file and make them look like a full image by scaling the image to a desirable size.
