My name is Mónica Arismendi, I am twenty-five years old, I from Colombia, and I am dental an assistant, also, I study Agronomy, I don’t have children now I am Single, and I like to go the gym, to read, and to watch movies in my free time. 

 

 

I currently live in Yopal Casanare, now I live with my parents Mary and Jose, I live in an apartment in a floor second, also, the place where is very beautiful, four blocks my apartment there is small park, turning left is the drugstore next to the supermarket, it’s a small neighborhood here there are many nice houses. 

 

Now I will describe my routine, I usually get up at 5.00 am, then I have breakfast from 7:00 am to 7:30 am, I usually have for breakfast eggs, bread, and coffee, later, I go to work by motorcycle, when I return at noon, I have lunch every day at 12:30 pm, the menu is varied some days, but I usually have chicken, salad, juice, and soup for lunch.

Generally, I go back home at 6:30 pm from Monday through Friday and after working I take a rest and study online, usually, I study English for an hour every day after working, then, I have dinner between 7:40 pm and 8:30 pm, I usually eat sandwiches, finally, I go to bed at 10:30 pm, after doing homework and dinner, and on weekends, I like to watch movies, go out for ice cream and walk in the afternoons.

Es muy importante toda la tematica porque fortalece mis capacidades y habilidades en el idioma, mejorando mis falencias, en mi vida personal y profesional me permite abrir nuevas oportunidades alcanzando mis metas empoderandome en otros ambitos, finalmente, califico mi trabajo con un 7.
