Managing careers for Yodhas, onboarding ETs, embedding Lighthouse to support Nutrition team, personal attention and care to support our FF teams with medical claims - the list goes on…

I recall the number of times, I’ve connected with you on important information related to Covid but you were so patient and willing to extend support…always. I sincerely Thank You for managing the Covid response for CD with the support of our team members who were equally passionate in helping our people. Every single information that you provided was gold and helped us make some critical decisions to protect our people. Your efforts along with Sonika & team in digitising the Covid dashboard will also go a long way in simplification of this critical information.

You truly made an impact in saving lives!

It feels unreal to bid you farewell today, since you’ve been such an integral part of not just my team but also my life over the past 2 years. A colleague I could always rely on, a friend to reach out to, a confidant to share my views with but most importantly my go -to person on everything that needed execution excellence. 

We’ve been through a wonderful journey & it’s been an absolute pleasure to see you grow both as an individual & as a professional. Your ability to stay calm under pressure, your unwavering commitment towards work, your willingness to stretch & go the extra mile for the team are only few of the things that make you stand out as a professional…but to do it all with a humility & empathy for stakeholders is truly unique. 

 

Thank you for being a part of my first ever team & teaching me the tricks of the trade one day at a time ….thank you for bearing with my untimely requests for random data, for patiently picking up my numerous calls in a day, for listening to me rant & vent when needed and for always having our back! A manager is not supposed to be bias – but you & Firoza will always have a special place in my heart. I wish you immense success & I know you have the potential to fly high. So go make us proud Ranjit! You’ll surely have a cheerleader in me!
