For 2 weeks I had to endure constant late night fireworks as well as occasionally gangs of teenagers patrolling the streets chucking fireworks at my house and my neighbors houses. It was pretty terrifying and I am still surprised that this happened in Portland Maine of all places. For some odd reason the police did not want to intervene (I wonder why) and let several police cars be destroyed.
