This morning I would like you to think of worries, parents might have when they learn their child's nursery school introduces an English course to their institution. Some parents like the idea and want to know how they can support their child to learn a second language. Some parents must be convinced with facts why an early start is always good.
In groups of four invent a role play between a worried parent (con), an enthusiatic parent (pro), the institution leader and an expert for teaching English in nursery schools. The role play should contain at least five of these words:
absorb, silent period, window of opportunity, self-concious, natural language aquirer, praise, physical-active-playbased,voluntary basis, intuitively, uninhibited, frequency of tuition
Next week you will present your roleplay via video conference.
