         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe evil is having the intention to decrease the overall welfare humans for whatever reason. An evil person thrives on harming others to make themselves more powerful. The more people one harms over the people they help, the more evil they are.&nbsp;<br>Evil and good are not black and white. Evil acts can have good outcomes such as increased knowledge or policy changes. Consequentially immoral acts are not evil if they were committed with good intentions.<br><br></div>]]></description>
