STEP 1 : EMPHATISE

For the first step which is emphatise, my group member and and I start to make a WhatsApp Group so that we could communicate between each other about the project more easily. We also had make a discussion on Google Meet to finalize what problem should we solve and what is the solution for this problem. At the end of the meeting, we had decided that we should solve the problem about the medical treatment by using a first-aid-kit box. The problem and issue about first-aid-kit box also has been discussed in our meeting

STEP 2 : DEFINE

During this step, my group members and I had made some observation about the student's problem regarding this products and what is their needs. I had did the sketch of our first-aid-kit box. Although I am not good in drawing and a creative student, but I tried my best to do the sketch. Some of my friends create a Google Form survey and interview question to collect the data. We had also analyze the data to gain some specific information about the user which were the students and the product that we would design.

STEP 3 : IDEATE

In the third step which is Ideate, we did the brainstorming process and make some research about the product. We had identify our user's need and the characteristic of our product that could solve the user's problem based on the surveys that had been conducted in step 2. We developed some idea from the step 2 that later we elaborate into point of view and what ifs for step 3. The respondent's survey so useful that it helped us to gain some knowledge about the products that we were going to design. The problems and issue about this product also had been prioritize so that the students could use a convenient and portable product.

STEP 4 : PROTOTYPE

I had so much fun with my friend while doing this step. We got to meet and know each other very well in this step. We had meet at Za'ba Library to make a prototype of our first-aid-kit box. We spend 6 hours to make our prototype while chatting between each other and had our lunch together at Kolej Kediaman 12. We cooperated to make the best prototype and got to grow our teamwork really well. We also got to share our ideas and help each other while doing our task. By this doing this step, we learn to be considerate and helpful between each other to make sure that we can create a perfect first-aid-kit box.

STEP 5 : TESTING

This is the last step. Although we got so busy in week 11, our group still get to spend our time to meet and did the testing process together at Za'ba Library during our weekend. We had recorded our video while testing the first-aid-kit box. We also ask some help from University Malaya's student to give a rating and review about our product. We were so satisfied with our product since we gave a lot of attention and hardwork on this product but I am so happy when our respondents also give a good review and 5 star rating for our first-aid-kit. This approvement of our respondents had proved that our product is so convenient and useful to them.

FINAL PRESENTATION VIDEO

We had our final video presentation in our physical class at one of the BK at Mercu Alam Bina. We got to present and share the process of creating this first-aid-kit box with our classmates and the lecturers. I am so happy when we get a good feedback and comment from our lecturers and friends about our products. I hope that our product will give a lot of benefits and provided a lot of knowledge about medicine and treatment for minor injuries to the students of University Malaya.
