I have a better understanding of cultivating the right organizational culture. I have  more understanding of the role of leadership, its model and style. I plan to use this method in my current profession working in Healthcare, and as I work my way up to Management. This part of the course has also taught me how important it is to be a great influence, it has such a major impact. Always be a leader who builds trust, communicates effectively, mentor and motivate. Always understand the nature and needs of your employees and respect diversity. It is important to remember that leaders cannot successfully lead others unless they first can successfully lead themselves. In my current life I have learn that the world grows together when we work together in unity. In the workforce we teach each other and learn from each other everyday. We all are Leaders, and as Leaders we should always keep each other focused and empowered. I attached this photo because these are 4 Character traits a Leader must poses. Be empowering, an inspiration, a visionary and be about change in the workplace. This will keep an organization successful based on what I learned in this course.
