Focus on teaching staff only, sorting them according to the modified CBAM Stages of Concern that you think they are in (as a group in general).

Think about which group is your highest priority to support, and why.

Add in some information about what you learn from thinking about the perspectives of all stakeholders towards supporting the success of the PYP in your schools.

PROMPT: What questions would you ask in order to learn more about their perspectives and needs? What expectations might they have?
