Through Literature, I was inspired, i was motivated, it gave me a vision on how should i lived in a better way and it gave me a chance to change to be a better version of myself.
Literature holds a mirror to society to an extent that we can relate to it on a deeper understanding of the world we live on. It shows the complexity of humans and it becomes a window to escape from the reality of the world. Due to the different ideas presented through these stories, we are able to learn from past mistakes and also evolved. For instance, shakespeare taught us more of the behaviors of man even if it includes supernatural esence, it still includes the flaws of human. It helps develop the society, allowing us to connect to the characters who feels the same greed, anger, sadness and happiness. The stories may be constructed as fiction, but the lesson learn can be taken as reflection to us. In literature the characters are shown in different settings and they become a guide and holds a critique depending on how they inspire us. It expands our imagination and allow us to think outside the box. It exposes us to different sides of life that we might not be able to experience it ourselves. When you feel like giving up, reading a simple short quote could easily light up the mood. After reading lots of literary works, it makes me believe that every sadness, torture and pain can end with happiness , all that we can do is to wait patiently for those good days to come. It also opened my mind that i'm not the only one who is undergoing those hardships which motivates me that we all humans are the same no matter how difference we are.

Romeo & Juliet is one of my favourite love story that inspired me. Some may think it's cliche because it is a love story but for me, the story is more to a life lessons contain story than a simple bland predictable love story. The story show us that rash decisions have bad consequences. It also teaches let go of old grudges and wounds as it hinders new oppurtinities. True love will come to you, it should not be tampered. The story gave lessons especially to the teenagers that young love is not a good reason to kill yourself. You still have a long way to go, when the time has come, you will eventually found someone new. Romeo & Juliet are an example for us to learn that before making any decisions, think it through a lot of times before you have decided on what to do. As what has happened can't be unhappened.

Is the line between good and evil clear cut? In the world today, how do we know if we are on the "right" side of things?
In the Black Mirror , “The good guy was the bad guy all along!” , hence the line between good and evil was not a clear cut as we all found out she is the bad guy in the very last minute and we all already placed our trust in her. Just like the real world, it is impossible to have a clear cut of what is right and what is wrong , you learn. We all learn from our mistakes, by going through the wrong journey, we fall and we get back up and we understand the consequences of walking the wrong road and we get right back on track. Generally, it is also impossible to guess who is bad and good in real life. Everyone wears a mask, either it is to protect themselves, hide themselves, or to trick others, it’s just the way the world works. Yin and yang is a principle of dualism in Ancient Chinese philosophy, explaining how apparently opposing or opposite forces in the natural world can actually be complementary, intertwined, and interdependent, and how they can give rise to each other as they interrelate with each other. It is impossible to have just only yin or yang, but we have to balance them in our life, sometimes we need the yin side of us to complete some tasks and assignments, whereas the other times, we need the yang side to interact with others. To conclude, in this world, we can never tell which is evil and which is good, therefore, before trusting anyone, we have to be really careful because we might not know the person’s true intentions.

Personally, I am stuck in between the preconventional stage and post-conventional stage. But, if I were in Heinz’s position, knowing that someone who I love dearly is slowly passing away, I would definitely steal the drugs because technically the company is like indirectly corrupting money from citizens who are in terrible need of a miracle to save their beloved ones. I would say that the judges should at least take this into account, the fact that he increased the price to 10x. Again, in this world, nothing works without money and the laws are still laws, it would be unfair to other people who stole or broke the laws and yet is still imprisoned while on the other hand I am out here vacationing with my loved ones.As a consequence of this, there would definitely be demonstrations going on and the rate of crimes will increase drastically. I believe in justice, therefore, I would like to create a new situation as I disagree with the previous one. The new situation I will create will be, I stole the medicine, heal my wife and if I got caught then I will explain the situation and use the money that I gathered to pay the police for compensation or to pay a fine but, I would be unhappy if the police/government is fine with the company selling that drug 10x the original price. They are basically stealing money from sick and devastated families which honestly is so inhumane. That drug should be sold off free to save lives, because if they are not going to sell it at a cheaper price and people cannot afford it, so what? They are okay with people dying? If I were to do this, I want the judges to punish both of us, myself and the company. Breaking the laws are still crimes and there will never be justification behind it that can support it.

Based on my own understanding , Written near a dark port is a lovely, bleak poem about how desirable things in life can often lead us astray. In the beginning, Smith uses the metaphor of seeing ship lights at sea to show how something might seem to make sense to us for a short time but turn out to be incorrect in the long run. Humans' use of reasoning and "reason'' to explain their decisions may be behaving in a way that makes sense to them, but their capacity to fully comprehend the larger perspectives of life is flawed, which may lead to judgemental flaws as well. Since humans are imperfect creatures, we can not depend fully on our minds to generate ideal or true thoughts. This taught me to not trust or rely everything on my emotions and mind, sometimes, I should let everything go without trying to make everything complicated. Although each of our understandings may be different, based on mine, I believe that we as humans should not try to be perfect. Just like in the poem, we should never rely on ourself 100% because everyone make mistakes and it’s okay to rely on other people and to believe in them too. It’s okay to not make some sense and it’s also okay to do something we feel is right without having to explain to someone else. It’s okay to also make mistakes because mistakes are what makes us who we are and if we did make a mistake, we should embrace it and learn from it instead of trying to justify our actions with our emotions and logic.
