• Targeted the Latin American community -  whole page articles in El Iberico on 1st and 15 June, and a slot on Latin American radio station on 3 June.
• Supported a monthly Wellbeing Cafe in the college refectory
• Stepped up the outreach
• Regularly visited IAPT, MIND, user group and other team meetings
• Had a range of review meetings - with tutors, project team, partners
• Used all the lessons we'd learned to plan and host a fabulous end of project garden party

Lesson learned

• The wider college could be more explicit about the impact of learning in course outlines
• The scheme of work format has worked well for volunteers
• Embedding SmartSurvey has given volunteers time and focus to reflect on their journey
• Discrete courses are an essential first step
• Addressing mental health in class is positive
• Co-teaching helped tutors develop confidence
• Refresh offers the opportunity to continue to build resilience and provide peer support 
• Clear boundaries are important - this is what I/we can/can't do
• Integrating wellbeing events and mental health focussed CPD are an essential part of ensuring a non-stigmatising inclusive college
• We needed more evening courses
• Six 2.5 hour sessions work best. Three hour sessions are too intense.

• Embedding SmartSurvey is a powerful way of developing resilience
• Tutors need support to do less, not more
• Need for double-staffing and co-planning as standard
• Learning Advisor is best placed to manage absences
• Publicity plan needs revisiting

• Website not working for us
• Some volunteers need more support to manage their schedules and break isolation
