I personally think being balanced with physical and virtual activities is more important than being a principled communicator virtually.
The reason I think so is because even if you are principled you might be lazy and not very active another reason is that if you are balanced you will know not to use media all the time because it can have bad side effects but also good ones and if you are balanced you won't have to worry about the bad side effects of media.
