I think the part that can be applied to choir is to know when will people have time to be online and watch their devices if we’re going live.

It also lists stuff like the previous one. I think the most important one is to engage with audience like ask them after a performance how well they think we did and how we could make it better.(Since we have multiple concerts)

Although this discusses livestream, I think it has some points choir can use even if we are going to record videos. We should probably test after we record/ if we go on live, to make sure the sound quality is good, the pictures aren’t ppt-ish, etc.
