I am nervous about doing this task in groups because I know I must take part in group discussions and help make decisions, but I don't like talking in front of people.

I think several things are working well in our group right now. Firstly, our communication and collaboration have been excellent. Everyone is responsive and willing to work together to achieve our goals. Secondly, our team members' diverse skills and experiences complement each other, allowing us to tackle different tasks effectively. Lastly, our group's positive and supportive atmosphere promotes motivation and creativity, which I believe contributes to our success.
