I believe that studying efficiently is very important while in college. You already have minimal time to study so efficiency is extremely crucial. This video talks about spaced repetition, a study strategy that helps you retain knowledge better. Memory decays over periods of time however this strategy developed by Hermann Ebbinghaus fixes that. The strategy is to space out your study periods which in turn helps you learn faster and retain more knowledge. This study strategy is extremely helpful and would make college much easier.

This video heavily applies to my study efficiency theme. A lot of the time concepts take a while to grasp but this technique breaks it down simply. The technique is to take what concept you are learning about and try to break it down and explain it in a simple way. The steps are define the concept, define it in a simple way, identify areas where you explanation is shaky, and find any complicated part of the explanation and try to simplify it. This technique helps you identify where your knowledge is sufficient and where it isn't. With the little time we have to study this technique can help maximize efficiency.
