The temperature is getting mild, while the relative humidity and rainfall is getting higher. Foggy weather is also common.
The reason for this climatic characteristic is the overhead sun shift from 23.5S back to the equator, which more insolation will be received in Hong Kong due to the larger angle of sun. Then, the land heat up faster and thus have a higher temperature, which the air rises and have a lower air pressure. However, the ocean absorb heat slower and have a cooler temperature, which has higher air pressure. Thus, wind are blown from ocean to land(onshore wind), which is full of moisture that favour formation of  rainfall in Hong Kong. 
On the other hand, Hong Kong is still affected by the winter monsoon( but weaker).
