What are the consequences of not taking care of ourselves when we do exercise

- If you don´t warm up after and before you will have a muscle tear
- If you drink water during exercise you would have difficult at coordination
- If you eat before doing exercise you will feel dizzy
- If you do exercise when the outside temperature is hot you will have a heatstroke

I got a muscle tear in my thighs and in my arms because in my school we and my classmates have to help with the "athletic run" and we have to help the people that was almost passing out bring them water and help them walking to chill out their body´s, and because a bad coordination at the start we have to run constantly and we end up tired and my classmates stretch, but i think that was not necessary. When i got home and rest in my bed i couldn´t get up by the pain

-If i eat well, i will have more energy
-If i do exercice, i will be more healthy
-If i walk to school, i will save money
-If i dont drive, my impact on earth won´t increase
-If i play more memory games with friends, my memory will boost

i play videogames normaly at my pc, if only i would know what would happen, this year before the school year i recieve a message from a guy telling me that he got scamed and the ¨guy¨ that scamed him used a false secundary account of my account, then he pass me a ¨guy of the support of steam¨ then i contact the 2 guy and he is the person that get the access of my acount
