Many, if not all, of us have experienced a role of leadership at some point in our lives. It was so interesting to see how to quiz categorized me based on my answers. Based on the VALS quiz, I was categorized a primary innovator, which I was pleased to see. By considering every employee and their varying comfort levels revolving technology, I felt as if I was getting more experience as a leader while implementing new ideas to a group. We spoke on what makes taking risks and personal motivation so worthwhile and where it comes from. Throughout this module, we discussed why trust is so important and although I try to maintain a trusting relationship with anyone and everyone involved in my life, it is a nice reminder to discuss the importance of it. It makes you switch perspective from what you are used to thinking for this class. Personally writing about my accomplishment made me think outside of the leadership mindset I put myself into for the majority of the course.
