Medium Term
- Get an entry-level corporate job for a good company with good learning and progression and opportunities that fits well within my life, lets me work mainly from the office as opposed to primarily remote hybrid and doesnt see keeping my current job on for occasional weekend work as a conflict of interest. 
- Buy and move into a new house 
- Find the time and the money to go on a “proper” holiday
Long Term
- Be working in a senior position in the whisky industry with further varied advancement opportunities and variety in my work
- Get a degree in something relevant to my career development, perhaps post-grad if I'm feeling motivated to get one
- Have worked hard enough to be in the position where I have flexibility in how and when I work to allow me to have a family of my own and spend plenty of time with them
