Thinking simplicity first and then moving into larger umbrella topics/projects next; making sure HOW we are tracking data is the best system before pouring too much into it and realizing it's not what we need.

projects need to have stated goals, which can be aggregated/leveraged to inform the annual plan. Some goals may be directly related to the annual plan or be the exact data metric, while others may fall below or act as indicators. Ultimately, we need to have likely more data goals around client experience, perhaps outside the Net Promotor, to help better guid an inform our actual work versus just knowing people are satisfied with our support.

Continued encouragement of partners using the tools so we can see their engagement levels to inform our own next steps

Likely start with ones that ar the easiest to collect data on and/or already exist. Maybe something with CARE? Given all the HQIM support being done?

Thinking of an area that is urgent / a key lever that can impact other goals/projects

Need to think about collecting data within projects that can be used to inform annual planning and our impact assessments, and try to not rely on end of engagement feedback as much- given its hard to get it done!
