However, after watching a few videos on YouTube about this topic I found the illustrations and the instructor very clear about how this strategy might be used in problem solving. I could see how this method could be used in any problem solving situation, not just at work.

I really enjoyed listening to the instructor in this video lay out the importance of RTI.
