This page is run by the Renal Transplant Co-ordinator team based at St James's University Hospital in Leeds.

Our team consists of recipient co-ordinators who look after renal patients on their transplant journey, and live donor co-ordinators who oversee kidney donors from assessment to donation.

We look after adult and paediatric renal patients across the Yorkshire region who are being assessed to go on to the transplant register. We educate patients and their families about transplantation and living donation, and we are a point of contact for patients and live donors at all stages of their assessment.

Taking place in different host cities every Summer, the games see teams from hospitals across the UK come together to compete in a medley of sports. The 4-day event attracts around 1000 transplant athletes and more than 1700 supporters.
