         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Brain matter comes from lipids, proteins, amino acids and glucose.</li><li>Different foods affect your brain functions, your mood.</li><li>Main omegas are Omega 3 and 6</li><li>Amino acids help in neurotransmissions</li><li>Fruits and vegetables help in proper function and protections of the brain cells.</li><li>Most energy comes from carbohydrates breaking down, stimulate brain cells</li><li>Three types of carbs: Starch, sugar, fiber.</li><li>Dopamine and serotonin are chemical messengers, or neurotransmitters, that help regulate many bodily functions. They have roles in sleep and memory, as well as metabolism and emotional well-being.</li><li>Different ratio of carbohydrates consumed affect functions and neurons in the brain</li><li>Serotonin are dopamine responsible neurons for mood swings stimules.  </li></ul><div>That's all for my summary :) </div><div> </div>]]></description>

Foods like rice, oatmeal, and bread are examples of carbohydrates, and most of these foods gives you the energy to start the day. <br>.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Fatty fish is full of vitamin D and omega's 3 fish is also a great nutrient rich brain food. Nuts are generally healthy , though some may have more heart-healthy nutrients than others. For example : walnuts contain high amounts of omega-3. The carbohydrates are fiber, starch and sugar. Almonds, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts and pecans also appear to be quite heart healthy. </div>]]></description>
