Mr. Bell does not really like expressing his feelings. He gets irritable when talking about illness and care, he is socially isolated. Yes, there is a change in his behavior he does not like going Out as much, no chess club,he has lost weight. He may not be eating well and he is now more indoors.. Isolated

The type of severity of Dementia that Mr Thomas has can be seen in Alzheimer’s because of the type of memory loss, doesn’t eat on time and skips meals.

Observations are that he wakes up late, naps during the day time, often skips meals and doesn’t go outside.

Despite the sunny weather haven’t been outside in weeks.
