    -actually wanted to work in Port Singapore Authority, but PSA only took in PSA employees
    -prefers hands-on work

    -mock interviews were not very helpful as it's not the real thing but helps those who are less confident 
    -resume vetting was helpful as he changed entire resume

    -resume was not updated very long so session was helpful in that certs in old resume was not relevant with guidance from ITE lecturer

For my case, i showed interest. Those who shows interest will go through a technical test (theory) and an interview with supervisors/ bosses.

    Q2)  The most challenging was during the interview, i was asked very technical questions (e.g. Is this maintenance useful?) that i have not thought about. But i do think i answered that properly.
    (No feedback)

    Q3)  The most challenging aspect was to be accepted into the course as only one slot is open for in-service staff. Tight competition.
