Tutoring others is one of the most famous volunteer work. Me and Saleh and Mohammed we experienced it and we shared the information together and what went well and what didn’t go well. First what didn't go well for Saleh is that he faced difficulties with finding hand ball fields. Mohammed faced some difficulties with the students because they weren't arriving on time and everyday there is a different time than the day before. To me I faced some difficulties with were to tutor my friends. What went well for Saleh is that his teamates are arriving on time and that they are willing to learn more from him. Mohammed the principal of his school Gave him the permission to tutor the students in on of the classes. What made me happy is that my friends are taking my help when they need me. We learned many things from this experience like being paitent and respect. The advices that we wanna Give to the government of Kuwait is that they support us and make campgains for this volunteer work.

Problems and solutions

There are many problems that face us in this volunteer work. First, when I tell my teammates about this project they didn’t like it and they told me they are shy and they can’t do it. Then I told them how they will benefit me so they help me. Second, we had a lot of problems with the attendance so I took a lot of time doing this project. Also we had problems with the balls, we didn’t find more than 3 balls so I talked to the manager of my club about the volunteer work and he gave me the balls that I need to teach them how to play handball and that was very generous from him. There is one problem that is very hard which is when some of the teammate broke his leg and we took him to the hospital.

Tutoring others is a very kind thing that a human can have in his heart not every person does it but it's a wholesome thing to do. I have experienced it with many different things but the one I enjoyed the most is tutoring my friends for their exams. I tutored my friends with many subjects like math, biology, chemistry and geology so what is this volunteer work about and how does it work, it contains from a group of friends in that group there are more than two people and in that group there is a person who teaches the other people in that same group. Where and when do I do it, I do it in my home I have diwaniya were I tutor my friends and I do it when they need help for their exams. Some of them ask me how often will you do it? My answer is that whenever they need my help I will give them a hand till they graduate.
