Great and concise article. I totally agree with its seven main points though I never had the chance to apply them myself. I found the last point, which is to end the meeting well, extremely important as this can set clear future goals and finish the meeting on a friendly and cool tone so that enveryone would leave happy.

A very helpful article which gives us the main points to improve our meeting management. I think that each meeting is different. This article aim only people who manage meetings where a lot of people can assist. A manager doesn't need necessarily these seven imperatives to manage a little meeting.

Aurélien

I found this article very helpful for many reasons. First of all, it gave advice regarding the way a manager should plan and run a meeting. Moreover, I agreee with the fact that a meeting should be prepared and that's what I always do. I would add that if the meeting is going crazy, the manager's should keep calm and not raise his voice.

Laëtitia

First of all, I really enjoyed reading this article because every word is choosen and is in it's right place with meaningful sections.
Furthermore, a good methodology is essential for the smooth functioning of a meeting in the way that everybody should be able to add knowledge, experience or questions to the debate and benefit from the answers as long as the subject isn't irrelevent to the main topics.
This article shows us how to prevent these irrelevance and other kinds of loss of efficiency from happening in a meeting and I really learnt from it

Bachir

Firstly, I found this article very interesting!
All points are very well explained. I used the tips in this article in some of my meetings.
It is very important to ask questions to the meeting members and make sure that they all follow to be effective.
Finally I agree that only the most important people should be invited to a meeting.

Anna.
