I am wringting to ask for informantion about your Thai Cookery courses in Chiang Mai. I am especially interesed in an intensive course of one weeks. I am 20 and I studying in Hanoi University of Cultural. I know how to cook, but they are all Vietnamese dishes. Thai dishes are still a challenge for me. I know a little bit of Thai, so I think studying in Chiang Mai won't be a problem at all.

I have looked at your website, the course will start from April to October, but I want to know the exact dates. I want to prepare all the necessary documents in order to arrive in Chiang Mai. Please also provide me with the specific price of the course.

I think the best time for you to visit my town is from August to October because the weather is very pleasant during that time. The places I recommend you to visit are "Ho Guom" Lake, "Hoang Thanh Thang Long" Royal Citadel, and "One Pillar Pagoda," which are all famous landmarks in Hanoi. There are many other places I will take you to if you have the chance to visit my city.

We can rent a car or take a bus. The best hotel that I recommend could be Muong Thanh, where I have stayed before and had a good experience with their services.
