Within the Facilitation of Projects & Initiatives course, our Culminating Facilitation Project was to work with a real-world client and use group process and facilitation methods to help them reach a specific goal and/or address a specific issue their organization was facing.

There were 5 total components to the Culminating Facilitation Project, including: 1. Situation Assessment; 2. Client Agreement; 3. Design, Facilitate, and Document; 4. Project Team Meetings & Learnings; 5. Project Final Report.
