It all started in the Middle East. The negative outcome came from the Agricultural Revolution. The conditions needed for efficient farming, building, access to roads, drainage to wetlands, and finances were a struggle to people. The positive outcome would be the new farming techniques and improved life stock. Also, a spike in population and increase in health occurred.
